High Constantia Conferencing aims to create an inspiring and peaceful environment where delegates are able to relax whilst “getting on with business”.
We cater specifically for smaller, more intimate conference groups of up to 24 delegates. The 18th century building, with its high ceilings and beautiful woodwork, still boasts many of its original features which affords it an innate charm and peacefulness that is enhanced by the splendour of the encompassing 11-acre Schoenstatt Gardens. Gourmet meals tailored to suit your delegates, are provided either in the majestic dining room or al fresco on the patio with the exquisite gardens providing a backdrop of serenity.
We believe that the more comfort individuals experience the more effective the conference will be.
We have therefore ensured that whilst our technology is state-of-the-art, it is also user-friendly; and we have furnished all our conference, seminar and boardrooms with modern, adjustable executive chairs. According to your needs we can arrange the seating plans into a cinema or horseshoe format. High Constantia Conferencing is able to assist in arranging accommodation for delegates from affordable on site accommodation to 5-star accommodation a stone’s throw away. Our flexibility enables us to assist you to meet most budgets given.
End your day off by unwinding with a wine tasting. Our venue is conveniently located on the border of a renowned wine estate – High Constantia. Whether as a teambuilding activity or simply for pleasure we are able to arrange both wine and champagne tasting as part of your conference experience.
